--24 February, China's ceramic industry association briefings bulletin 2009 China's ceramic industry economic situation. It is learnt that the 2009 1-December, the above-scale production of domestic ceramic enterprises complete 204.66 million, up 30.65%; sanitary ceramics complete 1.77 million, up 12.31%; tiles completes yield 67.244 million square meters, up 21.60%; gross domestic ceramic products complete 1423.333 previous 18.6%; sales value accumulated 1388.366 previous 19.5%; the export delivery cumulative 316.288 previous lower 1.7%; exports sales proportion 22.8%.
2009 January-December, daily-used ceramics (including art porcelain and ceramic not elsewhere specified or included) export of 244.18 million tons, up by reducing 6.60%, exports accumulated 32.02 billion, up 11.34%; tiles exports 6.85 million square meters, up 2.15%, exports accumulated 28.62 billion, up 5.54%; sanitary cumulative exports 4783 million, compared with lower 15.48%, exports accumulated 6.67 billion, compared with lower 18.40%.
2009 January-December, daily-used ceramics imports 1.02 million tons, up 5.90%; imports accumulated 1.57 billion, compared with lower 6.10%. Wall and floor tiles imports 281.75 million square meters, over the lower 4.50%; the import volume 5266 million, up 6.27%; sanitary cumulative imports 30.58 million, compared with lower 21.85%; imports accumulated 2903 million, compared with lower 10.08%.
